  • Represented and advised an Indian company in its acquisition of the business of another Indian company engaged in the business of manufacturing of the fuel dispensing and LPG dispensing units, as a going concern by slump sale.
  • Represented and advised a US based private equity investor in the acquisition, through its UK based group company, of the shareholding of a Netherlands based entity, in an Indian company engaged in the business of production of renewable energy, as part of a global transaction.
  • Represented and advised a Netherlands based company in its acquisition of the entire shareholding of an Indian company from the existing promoter shareholders of the Indian company.
