Vinod’s practice focuses on dispute resolution. He has an extensive experience of handling general civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and public law remedies. He advises clients in the power sector on aspects relating to setting up and operating power plants, as also on diverse aspects of the Electricity Act, 2003 including compliances under the regulatory framework.
He has vast experience in handling transactions involving real estate and infrastructure development. He is adept at negotiating and enforcing commercial contracts. He has been involved in title and approval diligences over large extents of land. He has also advised in real estate debt transactions.
He regularly advises on environmental compliances and allied environmental law issues.
