J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised Stanley Lifestyles Limited (“SLL”) and the promoters of the Stanley Group, in SLL’s first round of private equity funding by primary and secondary transactions to OIJIF.
SLL makes high-end leather and non-leather furniture, does contract manufacturing for various high-end furniture brands, in addition to making leather and non-leather accessories for the auto industry.
The JSA team comprised of Partners – Vivek K Chandy and Archana Tewary and Associate – Medha Shah.
Archana has worked in private equity, capital markets and general corporate teams and has primarily worked on investments by private equity investors in unlisted companies and offerings of equities and securities by listed and unlisted companies.
