• Part of the team that advised Rakuten Mobile, Inc. in its 100% acquisition of Innoeye Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Innoeye LLC.
• Part of the team that advised Nippon Leakless Corporation on the purchase of the entire stake of its joint venture partner, Talbros Automotive Components Limited, in Nippon Leakless Talbros Private Limited.
• Part of the team that advised Reliance Communications Limited, in merging the telecom business of Sistema Shyam Teleservices Limited in itself.
• Part of the team that advised NewCall Telecom Limited in acquisition of O-Zone Networks Private Limited, an internet service provider in India.
• Part of the team that represented an investor in a telecom service provider on its acquisition by a leading telecom service provider.
• Part of the team that advised Axcelinno Holdings LLC, a company engaged in the business of IT Professional Services and Support, cloud strategy and migration, DevSecOps, and automation, etc. on the India leg of its sale of assets and units/shares to Mainline Information Systems, a leading provider of IT solutions and service.
• Part of the team that advised a company which is a part of a leading French group, engaged in the business of data management, user authentication and identity management on the India leg of the transaction of sale of assets to a US based company which is a leading provider of analytics solutions for the telecom industry.
• Part of the team that advised MakeMyTrip India Pvt. Ltd. on the acquisition of a majority stake in internet-based corporate travel management company Quest2Travel.
• Part of the team that advised MakeMyTrip India Pvt. Ltd in relation to its majority investment in Savaari Car Rentals Private Limited, a leading online cab booking aggregator providing both local and inter-city car rental services
• Part of the team that advised Peugot S.A, in forging joint ventures with companies in the CK Birla Group.
• Part of the team that advised Vilmorien and Cie, the fourth largest seed company in the world with about 260 years of history in seed business, in establishing joint venture with Avesthagen Limited and acquiring facilities as a going concern.
• Part of the team that advised Weatherford International PLC on the India leg of the sale of its oilfield laboratories business to CSL Capital Management, LP.
• Part of the team that advised Middle East based company operating one of the biggest and most modern ship repair yards in the Middle East and the world and providing ship maintenance and conversion facilities for all types of vessels in relation to purchase of a floating dry dock from an Indian company under liquidation.
• Part of the team that advised Cool Japan Fund, a Japanese public-private fund on its Series E equity investment of USD 23 million in Gojo & Company, Inc., a financial service-providing company based out of Japan.
• Part of the team that advised CARS24 (India’s leading e-commerce platform for pre-owned vehicles) in its Series F equity round of USD 340 million (approx. INR 2,500 Crores).
• Part of the team that advised a PE fund in formulating its exit strategy in various companies.

• Advised Accenture on various aspects of the OSP and other telecom laws.
• Advised Mercer on various aspects of OSP and other telecom laws.
• Advised Vivo on queries regarding implanting default International Mobile Equipment Identity on device handsets.
• Advised Lava International on issues pertaining to registration/license requirements for handset manufacturers.
• Advised UBS India on various aspects of the OSP registration.
• Part of the team that advised MNP Interconnection on regulatory issues relating to number portability and interconnection agreement with telecom service providers.
• Part of the team that advised Ring Central on regulatory issues including grant of license, acquisition of numbers, data centers and export of data.
• Part of the team that advised BMW on its proposed model on the M2M Services/IOT services.
• Part of the team that advised Uniconnect Sim Private Limited on issues pertaining to teleconferencing in India.

IT Advisory

• Advised PayU India on issues pertaining to retention and sharing of data.
• Advised Sigfox Singapore Pte. Ltd. on issues pertaining to data privacy and local hosting requirements.
• Part of the team that advised HCL in its contractual disputes with a statutory body.

Telecom/Technology contractual

• Drafted and reviewed contracts for Reliance Jio for installation of inbuilt solutions for its network.
• Reviewed contracts for Sterlite Technologies for sub-contracting the deployment of next generation IP MPLS network.
• Part of the team that reviewed the tender by Chhattisgarh Government for deployment of network and distribution of free mobile handsets and SIMs.
• Secondment to British telecom for 2 years wherein regularly drafted, reviewed and negotiated various telecom and technology related contracts.
• Secondment to Accenture for 6 months wherein regularly drafted, reviewed and negotiated various technology related contracts like system integration contracts etc
