Angad is a qualified Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India since 2023.

Angad has significant experience working on complex commercial and transactional disputes, building and executing an overall dispute resolution strategy. He has represented large conglomerates in various sectors including Pharma and Healthcare, FMCG, Fintech, banks and financial institutions, intermediaries, private equity funds, foreign investors, Indian and multinational corporations, on a wide range of domestic and cross-border disputes.

His expertise includes representing clients and advising on shareholder disputes, domestic and international commercial arbitrations, gaming laws, contractual disputes, construction disputes, government policies, and administrative law, disputes involving banking fraud, insolvency, anti-money laundering law, white-collar crimes, and investigations by authorities.

Angad’s expertise includes devising strategies in complex cross-border and domestic disputes and implementing them through a blend of preventive pre-litigation/pre-arbitration actions and arbitrations/litigation. Angad is regularly advising foreign firms and clients on their queries pertaining to Indian laws. Angad excels in resolving situations involving nuanced issues of law while managing the commercial objectives of his clients.

In his areas of practice, Angad has advised and represented matters in Supreme Court, fifteen High Courts across India, Arbitration (International and Domestic), Quasi-Judicial Tribunals (Prevention of Money Laundering Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Debt Recovery Tribunal and National Green Tribunal, etc.).
