JSA assisted Fleetx Technologies Private Limited (“Fleetx“) with its Series B round of equity financing. The Series B round involved investment by existing shareholders (i.e., IQ Alpha and Beenext) as well as a new investor i.e. Indiamart Intermesh Limited (“Indiamart“). The round also involved the secondary acquisition of shares by IQ Alpha and Indiamart in Fleetx.
