JSA advised Sentinel One, Inc., (“S1“) a cybersecurity platform company delivering autonomous security for endpoints, containers, cloud workloads, and IoT devices on its acquisition of Attivo Networks, Inc., and its Indian subsidiary Attivo Network Security India Private Limited (collectively, “Attivo“) in a cash and stock transaction. Attivo is a leading identity security and lateral movement protection company. JSA’s role in the transaction involved spearheading the due diligence at the India level and transaction structuring and documentation in relation to the India leg of the transaction.

Kumarmanglam is an equity partner of the firm and also heads the direct tax and regulatory practice at JSA. He has more than 25 years of experience in matters relating to direct taxation (including international taxation, transfer pricing, litigation, anti-avoidance laws, and M&A tax), accounting, and corporate laws including mergers and acquisition, joint ventures, foreign investments, market entry strategy, and corporate restructuring.
Shareen Gupta specializes in the field of indirect taxes. Shareen has more than 14 years of experience in advising clients on various matters under Value Added Tax Laws, Service Tax, Excise duty, Customs Law, Goods and Services Tax and Foreign Trade Policy.
Vivek assumed office as the Joint Managing Partner of the Firm from January 2019. He has over 30 years of experience in areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate commercial work and real estate advisory in India.
