JSA acted for UPL Limited in completing a share buyback from its shareholders through the open market route. UPL is listed on the BSE and the National Stock Exchange and is principally engaged in the agro business of production and sale of agrochemicals, field crops, vegetable seeds and non-agro business of production and sale of industrial chemicals, chemical intermediates and speciality chemicals.
JM Financial Limited was the merchant banker for the Buyback.
