Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and assisted 3one4 Capital, Unitus Seed Fund India II and VH Capital in connection with their follow-on investment into Betterplace Safety Solutions Private Limited (Company), which is engaged in the business of providing full-stack human capital management technology solutions and services to its customers, primarily tailored around blue-collar workers in terms of life-cycle management.
This was a Series B round raised by the Company and saw investments from Jungle Ventures III Investment Holdings PTE Ltd, 3one4 Capital, Unitus Seed Fund India II And VH Capital.
