JSA advised Omega Hospitals in its first private equity fund raise of INR 500 crore from Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia. Omega Hospitals is India’s second largest cancer-focused hospital chain with 10+ hospitals and a 1400+ bed capacity. With the fund raise, Omega plans to expand its footprint across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and other neighboring states.
