JSA advised on the rights issue of ₹12,718.30 million by IIFL Finance Limited. and Ambit Private Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited acted as the merchant bankers to the transaction. IIFL is a NBFC registered with the RBI. The rights issue was completed on a fast-track basis and received a subscription of 134.93%.
