She has advised on corporate, commercial and M&A transactions including joint venture transactions across diverse sectors including such as healthcare, travel & tourism, manufacturing, technology and pharma.
She has experience in drafting share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreement, joint venture agreements and commercial contracts including employment agreements, service agreements, marketing agreements, etc.
