Rohan regularly advises leading multinational and Indian corporates, private equity investors, family offices and other corporate clients on a variety of transactional and related corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity & venture capital. Rohan has over 15 years’ experience advising clients on transactions across a range of sectors including media, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

  • Relisys Medical Devices Limited and its promoters in relation to a USD 15 million fundraise from Siguler Guff.
  • Telama Investment, a family office, on its investments in Aerchain (SAAS based automated procurement platform), Revv (self drive car rental service), Mcaffiene (consumer products) and Fundfina (a fintech company).
