ClickPost’s Series A Funding Round Led by Inflexor Ventures and Athera Venture Partners

JSA advised Inflexor Ventures and Athera Venture Partners in their investment in ClickPost, an Indian logistics intelligence platform that enables online retailers to enhance their shipping experience through data-driven insights. Riverwalk Holdings and existing investor Rebright Partners also participated in the fundraise. JSA also advised Inflexor and Athera on the secondary purchase, whereby certain existing investors will be selling their shareholding in the company to Inflexor and Athera.
