JSA advised and assisted Oman India Joint Investment Fund II (“OIJIF II”) in its primary investment in Senco Gold Limited (“Senco”).

Senco is a pan India, omni channel, jewellery retailer with over 120 showrooms and a catalogue of more than 70,000 unique designs for gold jewellery and more than 30,000 unique designs for diamond jewellery. It is also the largest organized jewellery retail player in the eastern India.
