JSA advised DHN Agritech Private Limited (“Happy Nature“) in its Pre Series A round which owns and operates the brand Happy Nature. Happy Nature raised INR 6 crores in this round which saw participation of angel investors and a family office.

Happy Nature is a technology enabled direct-to-home startup in the farm fresh dairy and breakfast foods category. It aims to serve dairy and breakfast products to customers in a convenient and efficient manner.

Deal Value: INR 6 crores

JSA team comprised Lead Partner – Lalit Kumar, Principal Associate – Amandeep Singh Virk, and Associate – Pallavi Mall.
