Shanaya is part of the Disputes practice of the firm. She focuses on dispute resolution and handles Indian & international arbitration. She has acted for several international as well as Indian clients in many arbitrations, as well as diverse litigation proceedings.

Surajkumar Shetty has extensive experience in advising clients on various aspects relating to direct taxation such as M&A transactions, devising appropriate risk mitigation and litigation strategies, restructuring businesses and business transfers, drafting and negotiating agreements from an income-tax standpoint, funds taxation, etc.

Vikram is a Partner with the Corporate Practice at JSA. His areas of practice include mergers & acquisitions, private equity and securities laws (including capital markets).
