Nripi specialises in competition law. She has advised on several complex merger control proceedings in various sectors such as healthcare and life sciences, banking and finance, technology, chemical, petroleum and natural gas and infrastructure and is currently involved in several behavioural proceedings before the CCI, NCLAT, High Court and Supreme Court.

Prakriti specialises in mergers & cross border investments & acquisitions and private equity transactions. Her experience includes rendering advisory and structuring services on a variety of transactions including acquisitions of shares & business, private equity investments, joint ventures and corporate advisory.

Shubhankar works on private equity, and mergers and acquisitions transactions. He also regularly assists in legal due diligence exercises for vendors as well as investors across diverse sectors.
