Nirlon Limited avails credit facilities of upto INR 1230 Crore from The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC)

JSA advised Nirlon Limited in relation to secured credit facilities of up to INR 1230 Crore availed from HSBC.

The said credit facilities have been extended in the form of ‘green term loan’ and ‘overdraft facility’.

Nirlon Limited will utilise the facilities inter alia towards refinancing of its existing loan from HDFC Limited which was availed for development of a green project.

Deal Value: INR 1230 Crore / USD 156 million
