JSA advised and represented Robert Bosch Automotive Steering GmbH in the sale of its entire shareholding constituting 25.79% of ZF Steering Gear (India) Limited to the Munot Family. The acquisition triggered an open offer and was structured as a Regulation 10 exempt transaction and executed in the Block Deal window.
