Temasek’s follow-on investment in Dr Agarwal’s Health Care

JSA advised and represented Temasek in its follow-on investment in Dr Agarwal’s Health Care Limited (Dr Agarwal’s) along with global private equity fund TPG Growth Capital (“TPG”). This round also saw the exit of ADV Partners through a buy-out by TPG.

Dr Agarwal’s is the largest eye care chain in India and Africa, and a preferred hospital and diagnostic chain for the eye care needs of millions across the globe, operating over 100 centres across 11 countries and 12 Indian states.

JSA Deal team comprised Lead Partner – Vikram Raghani, Partner – Rishabh Gupta, Partner – Sahil Shah, and Associate – Jinay Shah and Akshath Mithal.
