Post Qualification Experience: 6 to 8 years with substantial time spent in Tier 1 or Tier 2 Firms
Other specific requirements: Proficient in corporate transactions and advisory (M&A, PE/VC, RBI regulations, Companies Act). Capable of handling transactions with minimal supervision.
