Our Partner, Sidharth Sethi was a speaker in the session titled ‘Arbitration: Enhancing Value and Meeting User Expectations with Finesse’ at the recently concluded APCAM International ADR Summit in New Delhi.
The session was chaired by Hon’ble Mr. Justice Hemant Gupta, Former Judge, Supreme Court of India and Chairperson, India International Arbitration Centre.
Mr. David Holloway, Partner, Al Tamini & Co (Thailand) and Mr. Datuk Sundra Rajoo, Director, AIAC (Malaysia) were the other speakers on the panel. The session was moderated by Ms. Iram Majid, Executive Director, APCAM.
