Aadhitya works in the General Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions practice at JSA. He has worked and assisted on various legal due diligence and transactional advisory services to companies engaged in various sectors such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, software services, manufacturing etc.
Aadhitya also advises clients on day-to-day legal issues relating to compliances under the Companies Act, Contract Law, Foreign Exchange Regulations, RBI & SEBI Regulations and other commercial laws. Further, he has experience in drafting commercial contracts including employment and service agreements, O&M agreements, media and communication contracts.
Before joining JSA, Aadhitya was an associate at McGan Law Firm, Chennai and has experience in arbitrations, civil & writ jurisdiction and indirect tax litigation, having practiced before the Madras High Court and other subordinate courts.
