Anshu practices in the areas of Capital Markets (IPO, QIP, Rights Issues, Offer for Sale, Preferential allotments, buyback in listed space etc.).

She has advised domestic and international clients in Capital Markets and Securities related transactions including initial public offerings, qualified institutions placement, rights issues and private placement of equity shares, warrants, non-convertible debentures and bonds. She has also advised clients on delisting of securities, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate commercial laws. Recent transactions include the IPOs of Cello World, DOMS Industries and Federal Bank Financial and the QIPs by Angel One, IDFC Bank, Rategain Travel Technologies and Axiscades Technologies. She was also associated with the IPOs of IRCTC Limited, IRCON International Limited and RITES Limited.

She has more than nine years of experience in Equity Capital Markets and has worked with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in the past.
