Parnik specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity/ venture capital, commercial contracts, employment laws and general corporate advisory. He has extensive experience in advising clients in structuring transactions and investments, corporate/regulatory compliances and legal issues pertaining to foreign exchange laws, and employment laws. He has also been involved in conducting due-diligences and providing solutions from the standpoint of corporate, foreign exchange and employment laws. Parnik has been with JSA since 2021.
