His practice areas span Investment Treaty Arbitration, Investment Treaty Negotiation, and Commercial Litigation, with a primary focus on representing clients before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts throughout the country.
After joining the profession, Raghvendra has honed his skills, actively participating in high-profile domestic and international arbitrations. His involvement extends to diverse sectors and jurisdictions.
Raghvendra is well-versed in handling litigations in various Indian courts, including the Supreme Court, various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals and Appellate Tribunal, various consumer fora, Mines Tribunal, and PMLA Tribunal.
Prior to joining JSA, Raghvendra served as a legal consultant for Investment treaties and Investor-State Arbitration with the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, advising the Indian Government on investment treaty negotiations and arbitrations.
Notably, he has extended his legal prowess beyond national borders, contributing to cases before international courts and tribunals such as US circuit court, ICSID, and AAA-ICDR. His international experience includes working with a global law firm DLA Piper LLP in the US, focusing on international litigation and arbitration. He also served as a Research Assistant with the International Arbitration Institute, Miami. Before that, Raghvendra was an integral part of the Supreme Court litigation team at a leading Indian law firm.
