Report of the Insolvency Law Committee

The Insolvency Law Committee presented its 5^th report dated May 20, 2022 (“Report”) to the Government of India. The Report makes several recommendations with regard to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (“IBC”) and regulations made thereunder to improve the efficacy of the corporate insolvency resolution process and the liquidation process under the IBC.
